The cabezon is a large, elongated saltwater fish known for its impressive size and marbled appearance. It inhabits Pacific coastal waters of North America, often found from shallow areas to deep underwater. As a predator, it feeds on a variety of smaller fish and benthic creatures.
Where they live
Found along the Pacific coast of North America, cabezon prefers rocky reefs and kelp forests from shallow waters down to around 200 meters deep.
